The Institute of Entrance Examination (IEE), founded in 2006, is a renowned educational institution that focuses on shaping students’ futures by providing specialized training for various entrance examinations. Over nearly two decades, IEE has equipped more than 15,000 students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in competitive exams, helping them achieve their academic and professional goals. The institute’s dedication to student success is further underscored by its exclusive tie-ups with over 50 schools, positioning IEE as a vital contributor to student career guidance and counseling.
IEE’s leadership is driven by Vijay Upadhyay, an experienced educational strategist with extensive qualifications, including FDP from IIM Indore, LMDP from MICA Ahmedabad, and DCGC from NCERT. Under his direction, IEE has organized and executed over 100 educational events, all aimed at creating opportunities for students to enhance their skills, broaden their career horizons, and foster self-confidence. Vijay’s diverse experience in education management and his commitment to student welfare have transformed IEE into a trusted, highly regarded institution within the academic community.

In keeping with the National Body of the ASISC, the West Bengal Chapter of the Association of Heads of listed Schools was formed way back in 1993. The Prime objective was chiefly to share, exchange and disseminate ideas, methods and techniques amongst all members for the promotion of an ideal academic system within their own respective grounds. For all the schools affiliated to the Council for the Indian school Certificate Examinations, New Delhi, it also served as a platform to generate an awareness regarding the educational trend and policies existing in the Country and which have a great bearing on the changes taking place within the parameters of the affiliating Body. In the past few decades the ASISC W.B. has grown from strength to strength and thus today proudly boasts of over 200 members and still remains committed to its “light to enlighten”.
